In our 13-day Grand Morocco Tour from Casablanca, you’ll explore the most captivating cities and villages, as well as the Sahara Desert. Day 1: Casablanca Airport –> El Jadida –> Essaouira
Upon your arrival at Casablanca Mohammad V International Airport, you’ll meet your private guide/driver who speaks multiple languages. Then, you’ll head to El Jadida for lunch and sightseeing. El Jadida, built by the Portuguese in the 16th century, was named Mazagan and is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2004. Afterward, we’ll drive to Essaouira, where you’ll check into your Riad/Hotel/Dar and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Day 2: Essaouira, Relaxing Day Tour
Today is yours to unwind. After breakfast, explore the old Medina, the Ramparts, and the beach. Enjoy lunch at the seafood market, then take a stroll along the beach or partake in optional water activities. In the evening, consider a camel or horse ride under the beautiful Essaouira sunset.

Day 3: Essaouira –> Marrakech
Following breakfast, we’ll journey to Marrakech. Along the way, you’ll see Argan trees, where goats often climb. Discover how this precious oil is made by watching local women extract oil from Argan fruit. Upon arrival in Marrakech, check in to your Hotel/Riad/Dar and explore the vibrant night atmosphere of Djemaa-el-Fna, the heart of the Medina.

Day 4: Marrakech Guided Tour
After breakfast, meet your local tour guide at your accommodation. You’ll explore Marrakech, the significant imperial city near the Atlas Mountains. Visit the Medina, Gueliz, and the bustling Djemaa El Fna, where you’ll encounter water sellers, musicians, and food stalls. Highlights include the Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Koutoubia Mosque, Jardin Majorelle, and Jardin Menara.

Day 5: Marrakech –> Ait Benhaddou –> Ouarzazate –> Skoura
After breakfast, we’ll drive from Marrakech to Ouarzazate, crossing the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi N Tichka. Along the way, we’ll stop to admire stunning landscapes and Berber villages. Visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, then proceed to Ouarzazate to see the Atlas Film Studios and Taourirt Kasbah before reaching Skoura Oasis for the night.

Day 6: Skoura –> Rose Valley –> Dades Valley –> Todra Gorge
After breakfast, we’ll drive from Skoura to Todra Gorge, stopping at Rose Valley and Dades Valley to appreciate their natural beauty. Enjoy multiple photo opportunities and settle in for the night with a relaxing organic dinner amidst the picturesque river canyons.

Day 7: Todra Gorge –> Tiinjdad –> Erfoud –> Rissani –> Merzouga
Following breakfast, take a short hike to explore the gorge. Visit Ksar El Khorbat and the Musee Lalla Mimouna in Tinejdad, then continue to Erfoud and Rissani before arriving at the majestic sand dunes of Merzouga. In the evening, embark on a camel ride to witness the sunset in the desert and spend the night at a desert camp, enjoying dinner and traditional Berber music by the fire.

Day 8: Merzouga –> Midelt –> Azrou –> Ifran –> Fes
Wake early to enjoy the sunrise over the dunes and have breakfast at the desert camp. Then we’ll embark on our journey to Fes, stopping to see locally sourced fossils in Erfoud. After lunch in Midelt, known for its apples, we’ll pass through Azrou, visiting the Monkey Forest and Ifrane, before arriving in Fes for a relaxing evening.

Day 9: Fes Guided Tour
After breakfast, your local tour guide will meet you at your accommodation for a guided exploration of Fes, one of the world’s largest walled cities. Navigate the narrow streets filled with vibrant market stalls and sample local cuisine for lunch. Visit the famous leather tanneries and admire the views from the Marinid Tombs as you take in the stunning sunsets.

Day 10: Fes –> Meknes –> Volubilis –> Chefchaouen
We’ll set off to Meknes in the morning, visiting its Medina and Bab al-Mansour. After lunch, explore the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis before heading to Chefchaouen, the picturesque blue city in the Rif Mountains, where you’ll check in to your Riad/Hotel/Dar and relax.

Day 11: Chefchaouen Relaxing Day
After breakfast, we’ll drive to Cascades d’Akchour for a short hike, enjoying the breathtaking waterfalls and scenic views. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the valley before returning to Chefchaouen for refreshments and an evening stroll to the Spanish Mosque for a sunset view over the city.

Day 12: Chefchaouen –> Rabat –> Casablanca
After breakfast, we’ll head to Rabat, stopping for scenic views along the way. After lunch, visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Kasbah des Oudaias, and Le Tour Hassan. Then, we’ll drive to Casablanca to see the impressive Hassan II Mosque before checking into your hotel for your final evening in Morocco.

Day 13: Casablanca Airport
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Casablanca Airport for your departure.
